These terms govern your use of HiveTerm, the desktop application and related services provided at hiveterm.com. By downloading or using HiveTerm, you agree to these terms.
HiveTerm Free is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. The Free tier includes limitations on the number of projects (3), bees per project (5), total bees (20), and MCP sub-agents (2).
A HiveTerm Pro license grants you unlimited access to all features for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Each Pro license may be activated on up to two (2) machines simultaneously. Pro licenses are non-transferable.
Pro licenses require online activation. Once activated, the license is validated offline using cryptographic verification. A grace period of seven (7) days is provided after license expiration, during which Pro features remain available. After the grace period, the application reverts to Free tier limits.

HiveTerm, its name, logo, and all associated assets are the intellectual property of the creator. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.
Pro licenses are billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Licenses do not auto-renew; you will receive an email reminder before expiration with a renewal link.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with HiveTerm Pro. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your license key or purchase email. Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days.
HiveTerm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the application at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HiveTerm, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of any Pro features. The Free tier remains available regardless of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of HiveTerm after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify Pro users via email.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
